1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Kartik Travels including Airport Transfers, Local Rides, Outstation Trips and Darshan Driver Services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or approved digital platforms. Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle and driver availability.

• Correct pickup & drop details must be provided.
• Advance payment may be required for outstation trips.
• Incorrect details may result in delay or cancellation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Service charges are based on distance, duration, and type of service selected.

• Airport & Local rides charged hourly or fixed rate.
• Outstation trips may include per km or package pricing.
• Toll, parking & state taxes are extra unless mentioned.
• Payment accepted via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
• No-show may result in 100% booking charge.

5. Delays & Waiting Charges

Airport waiting time beyond complimentary period may attract additional charges. Traffic delays are beyond company control.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers.
• No illegal substances allowed in vehicle.
• Any damage caused will be charged to the customer.

7. Driver & Vehicle Policy

All drivers are verified and trained. However, Kartik Travels shall not be liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings.
• Delays due to natural disasters or road conditions.
• Mechanical breakdowns beyond control.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after review. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and service conditions.

9. Service Availability

Services are available 24/7 subject to availability. Emergency or peak-time bookings may have surge pricing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kartik Travels shall not be responsible for indirect losses, missed flights, business losses, or damages arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
